PayPal is an online payment system that removes the necessity of writing checks, money orders, cashier's checks or paying cash. More and more online businesses accept payments through PayPal. Most people primarily use a checking account or credit card to set up their PayPal account. However, you can also use a prepaid Visa card to set up your PayPal account.
