Spherion uses a Human Resources company, The Work Number (now also known as Equifax Workforce Solutions) to process and store payroll information. Access to current and past Spherion pay stubs requires a simple account registration; after this you can view, print and save your stubs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Step 1: Go to the Spherion Pay Login Page
To start your account registration process, go to the Spherion Paperless Pay Login page. Enter Spherion's company code: 10480.

Step 2: Enter Your Login Information and PIN
Your login is your Social Security Number, and the last four numbers are your initial PIN. Your initial PIN is temporary. After you log in for the first time, you are immediately prompted to choose a new PIN.
Tip
If you already have an account with The Work Number and request a new PIN for Spherion's ePayroll service, the new PIN will replace your existing PIN with The Work Number.
Step 3: Get Your Pay Stub
After you log in with a permanent PIN, click the "Pay Stub Review" or "Pay Advice Review" button on the main screen to view, print or save pay stubs.
