Those who regularly shop at Nordstrom — or its discount counterpart, Nordstrom Rack — know the value of having a Nordstrom card. Whether you have the retail version of the card or a Nordstrom Visa, you'll get benefits like rewards points and exclusive offers. You can easily make a payment on your card by setting up an account online, but perhaps the easiest way is to set up autopay. You can also pay by mail or phone.
Making a Nordstrom Payment
Video of the Day
If you've signed up for a Nordstrom card and made your first purchase, you may be wondering how to make your payments. You should, at least initially, receive a billing statement in the mail that provides instructions, but you'll likely be encouraged to sign up for an online account. Once you have an account on their site, not only can you make Nordstrom payments, but you can also view your balance and see past account statements.

You have a variety of options when it comes to paying your Nordstrom account. You can pay by mail or phone, as always, but the Nordstrom website is the best way to pay. Once you have an online account, you'll also have the option of setting up autopay, which directs the credit card issuer to debit a certain amount each month from your account.
Online Nordstrom Payments
The easiest way to pay your Nordstrom bill is online. You'll simply go to nordstromcard.com/login and sign up for an account. In addition to making Nordstrom payments, this portal also lets you activate your card and review all of your statements.
Once you're registered, you'll pay your balance by logging in with your Nordstrom account username and password. Find the bill payment option and choose it. You'll then need to select your preferred method of payment — your options will be bank account, debit card or credit card — then provide any additional information it requests. This will remit a one-time payment against your card balance.
Pay Via Autopay
To avoid having to remember to pay your Nordstrom card balance every month, you can sign up for autopay. It's a little extra work on the front end, but you'll save yourself the trouble of having to remember to make at least a minimum payment every month. It also practically eliminates the risk that you'll have a late fee since Nordstrom takes the money out automatically.
To sign up for autopay, log in to your Nordstrom account online. You'll see an autopay enrollment option on your dashboard. You can either complete the form online or print it and fill it out manually. You'll be asked how you want to pay your Nordstrom card balance each month: minimum balance, total balance or a fixed amount.
If you're not enrolling for autopay online, you'll have to mail a printed version of the form to Nordstrom Card Services, P.O. Box 6555, Englewood, CO 80155.
Other Nordstrom Payment Options
If you receive a credit card bill by mail, all you'll need to do is tear off the section designated to be mailed back with your payment. You can then include your check and mail it to Nordstrom, P.O. Box 79139, Phoenix, AZ 85062-9139 if it's a Nordstrom Retail Card, or to Nordstrom, P.O. Box 79137, Phoenix, AZ 85062-9137 if it's a Nordstrom Visa Card. If you didn't receive a statement and you know your balance, you'll need to mail your payment. Make sure you include your account number in the memo section.
You can also pay your Nordstrom account by phone. Call 800-964-1800, enter your account number and follow the prompts to pay your bill. This line is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
