When you wait to receive your Visa credit card statement in the mail each month, you allow too much time to pass without knowing what's really going on with your account. Instead, you can check your Visa account online. By viewing your account online, you can see all of the latest credit card transactions, those completed, those pending and those for a specified date range. It is important to check your transactions regularly to ensure there are no erroneous or fraudulent charges on your account.
Step 1
Visit the "My Account" or "Account" online portal for your Visa issuer. If you don't know the website address, it is probably listed on your credit card statement. If not, contact customer service by calling the phone number on the back of your Visa card.

Step 2
Log in to your online account by entering your user name and password. If you have never used the online account portal before, you will likely have to click the "Register" or "Sign up" option. During the registration process, you will generally enter your account information and create a user name and password for account access.
Step 3
Select the option to view transaction "details" or transaction "history" (the exact wording will vary by card issuer). You will see a list of all the transactions made with your Visa credit card. In many instances, you can also view the transactions based on which ones have been completed, those that are still pending or for a specific date range.
